Seems to be increasing evidence for this in the literature, not just used as an adjunct after surgical intervention
The root (haha) cause of the problem appears to be irritation of the natal skin by the terminal hair shaft
Out of interest, for outpatient clinics, how are you splitting your clinics as a trainee vs consultant? Shared list or separate reg and consultant lists? Consultant seeing new and regs follow ups? And how many are they booking you?
All of these roles seem like way too much work to be worth the piddly PA they allocate - endless meetings, dealing with below-average NHS managers, constant emails.
Is anyone a CD/CSL, and if they are, was it worth it? And what's your experience like?
The ones requesting an operation with no sedation, just spinal or block only etc....want to be awake for the whole thing.
Also, your experiences of these patients? Just curious
