We bought a 4 quart pumpkin cocotte and some other stuff from an LC outlet store yesterday. My wife didn’t inspect it before we left. Got it home, and while unboxing, I noticed a chip in the enamel. The store won’t return it because “they look at everything” before it leaves. (Conveniently missed this) They gave me an 800 number and told me to file a claim against the product’s lifetime warranty.

How screwed am I?
