New chill spot recommendations?

Just found out that Baja cantina shut down 😢 it was my to go spot before concerts for some good drinks and a good meal. Any recommendations that has good deals on drinks and some decent food that’s around walking distance from the Woodlands pavilion?

Tell me about the best manager you ever had, what made them great?

28YO, just got promoted to assistant manager at my job. i've had managerial experience before when I was younger, one at a moving company managing teams & customers, and at Finish Line. Didnt work at both for to long because of pay and hated how our managers worked. Fast forward to today, have been in the uniform business for about 8 years now, was always just warehouse but helped manager with stuff he was behind on. Just got promoted. Ive always been the one to stick up for my staff, and be laid back, meaning i wouldnt micro manage, i respected peoples time. Again that was way back, to this day I still have that in me but dont want to screw this up as this will most likely be a long term career now.
