Failed my driving test for the 6th time

Almost ready to give up on driving and sell off my car ar this stage. I keep consistently getting like 10 or 11 faults and its different stuff every time because I get way too hyper focused on avoiding making the mistakes I made the last time, that I end up making other mistakes instead 😭 and its really frustrating because I cant get my brain to snap out of it. And my family keeps yelling at me because sometimes I have to ask which way we're going cause its like my brain just factory resets on places ive been loads of times before and I dont know where I am 😭

Learning to drive with adhd

Is it just me or does anyone else feel incredibly alienated when people cant seem to understand that learning to drive and doing the driving test in Ireland is really hard and they think I'm just a hopeless adult but I just find it so hard to focus and I hate silent test situations I need noise to focus otherwise I get completely lost in my own thoughts 😭 and stimulant medication has kinda worked for focusing in other aspects of my life but as soon as I get behind the wheel it doesnt really seem to help at all? Is anyone else in the same boat as me?

Recs for swim shirt post op?

I have a rash vest from before surgery, but its super tight and I dont feel comfortable wearing it now.

I went swimming yesterday and I ended up wearing a sports bra because I havent told my family yet about getting surgery(they didnt even notice my chest lmao).

I really love going swimming in the sea so I'd like to find something closer to the fit of a lose tshirt but the material of a rash vest. But everything I find online is super tight fitting unfortunately.

Does anybody have any recommendations?

Has anyone had to wean off sertraline while also on adhd meds?

Im on 50mg of sertraline and 40mg of ritalin and my doctor told me to try and wean off the sertraline because maybe I really dont need it longterm, and to just start taking 25mg every day instead but it's not really working, I just feel anxious now and after tapering for a few days my mood is really low. I can't really decide what the best thing to do is.. Everyone keeps saying its probably not good to rely on antidepressants longterm but also for the last year I've been taking them, its the first time in years I don't feel like absolute shit all the time?

But I finally got an adhd diagnosis and it had me questioning if depression and anxiety was just a symptom of undiagnosed adhd being untreated for years and lowering my self worth, or I just have all three and need to actively treat them.

I can't decide if I should just tough it out and see if the side effects pass or just stay on it as its pretty much drastically improved my quality of life.

(As I type this it kinda feels like there's an obvious answer but I still thought it might be good to have people who have been in my situation weigh in)

Kpop concerts in the o2 forum london

Has anyone gone to a kpop concert in the o2 kentish town? What's the queue situation like? I have general admission and have absolutely zero interest in trying to get close to the stage or anything, but with any other artists I usually rock up around the time doors open or a bit after and can get straight in but all the kpop gigs I've been to apart from jinki in paris the queues are pretty long and I dont really want to stand in the rain for too long if I can avoid it 😅

How to combat nausea from healing chest??

I have never been squeamish about wounds and stuff but every single time I have to change my dressings I feel a little nauseous and I lose my appetite…I know its psychological because I have no sensation in my nipples and my chest theres only a little, and before surgery my nipples were a sensory nightmare, sensitive in a horrible nails on a chalkboard kind of way (so id be pretty happy for sensation never to return 😂) So I assume the uneasiness stems from that. But, has anyone else experienced this? How did you combat the loss of appetite? I need to eat so I can heal 😭

Can you use deodorant after surgery?

Im hearing conflicting things about it, I always only use roll on deoderant because aerosols and stick ones irritate my underarms.

Ive mostly stuck to wiping down my underarms with baby wipes. But have I got it wrong? Could I have been using deodorant for the last week? 😭

(A week post op now btw)
