Individual dumbbells or all in one?

I’ve been going to a group fitness class for almost a year and love the way it feels. We do weights with dumbbells and want to get some extra work in at home. What would you recommend, individual dumbbells or one of the ones like bowflex that is an all in one? I would love to do bars and weights but limited on space

Home equipment

I’m coming up on almost a year at OT and love going and the feeling I get after a workout. My work has some money we get each year for fitness. I’m thinking about buying some equipment for home to help keep me moving in the times I can’t make a class but still have some time to workout.

What would your choice be? I’m thinking about buying dumbbells or even those adjustable ones. Anyone have advice for workout out at home?

Jumping to hourly consulting, thoughts?

I’ve been working with a large consulting firm going into my 5th year with them (3 large implement project) and am currently getting paid holidays, vacation days, bonuses and salary increases every year.
I’ve been offered a w2 job with a smaller firm with higher overall hourly (~$85/hr) with insurance but none of the other perks. While the salary with the smaller firm is higher I’m not sure what others peoples experience with smaller firms is. Do you think the overall benefits at the larger firm is worth $10 less an hour?
