Dealt with these guys all winter, constantly vacuuming them up. No sticky traps work, and it seems like there will be a sudden increase in their numbers. It is incredibly frustrating. Tips are welcome
Hello, curious to hear others success story. I have a very difficult mountain ultra planned for mid August. The thing is, the last month ive dealt with a couple non running related medical issues.
April and may I was consistently hitting 50 mile weeks. But in june I was lucky to get 20 miles in. I will say that those short weeks were strictly hill climbing as I kept convincing myself it was the most bang for the buck.
Im planning on doing a couple big weeks, and on the 3rd week of July I have a 20 mile mountain trail race.
Im really hoping I can muster the strength
