Interview for my dream job - tips for the interview?

I have an interview coming up for my dream job and I FEEL the pressure because I want this so so bad! It is a Procurement Specialist role for a big company in manufacturing industry. I have had interview with the recruiter, and hiring manager. This next one is a panel with 2 directors, senior manager, and VP, which makes it even more nerve wracking, since I haven't interacted a lot with people at that level. What kind of questions should I expect? Best ways to prep for this interview? What would be good questions to ask them? How to calm my nerves during the interview? I have been researching the company a lot and prepped a lot already but if anyone could offer me some tips or anything, it would be highly appreciated. I need to crush this interview

Termination due to time card violation - advice on future interviews?

I got terminated a month ago for time card violation. In a summary, I had many times when I had punched in, but not returned from my break until around 15 minutes after. I got terminated immediately without a warning. I didn't understand the seriousness of it before and now after reading about it I realise it is a big deal and I regret it and make sure to never do it again.

I am extremely stressed out about job search - will anyone hire me with this in the background? How do I frame it in interviews? I worry I am completely doomed and unhireable anywhere. I beat myself for this a lot and feel hopeless about future. Can someone tell me without sugar coating how future looks like for me?

Inability to say no

I have realised that I have extremely hard time saying no to people. To the point that I have done things that have been extremely uncomfortable for me. I even had sex once with someone because I feared that they will be disappointed if I turn them down. I get in dangerous situations because I can't say no when my instict is to tell a person to fuck off. I think this is a result of my narcissist mom who used to give extreme punishments for simple mistakes when I was a kid. I got locked up in an attic many times for accidentally spilling or breaking something. And every time I tried to explain to her that her behavior is unfair, she would get more mad and I would be grounded for extra 2 weeks.

I don't know how to break out of this. I want to be able to recognise that something makes me feel uncomfortable and be able to advocate for myself. Anyone else has experienced this and have been able to overcome it?
