Is This Normal for Rogers? 55+ Minutes With No Answer

Rogers customer service is absolutely ridiculous
Been trying to reach Rogers customer service and this is what I’ve been dealing with. 55+ minutes on the call and nobody even picked up. 🤦‍♂️
How is this acceptable for a major telecom company? We pay our bills on time, but when we actually need customer support, we’re left sitting on hold for almost an hour with no response.
I understand that wait times can happen, but nearly an hour without anyone answering the call is just unacceptable.
Rogers seriously needs to do something about their customer service. At this point, I’m honestly reconsidering whether it’s worth staying with them.
