worm hat

Hi all, first time owning a VFT, I own and propagate a lot of house plants and succulents but wanted to give this one a try. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and it seems to be flowering, but I’m unsure if this is a good sign or if this is a death flowering! Does it look healthy in general? I was thinking it might need repotting but don’t want to shock it if it’s using lots of energy?
