I think I found a solution
I have developed a technique, on how to combat PE. I have seen personal success with it, and would like to share it. I do not know if this will work for you, but there is no harm in trying.
First, sit down, take a few deep breaths, calm yourself, lower your heart rate. I have seen that a faster heart rate, or more restlessness can make you ejaculate quicker. Sit in a dimly lit room, do not use any lube yet, and do not use any porn, do not think of anything dirty, or get yourself aroused prior to this. Ensure that your pelvic floor is relaxed. We sometimes tighten our pelvic floor to increase the quality of our erection. This is the muscle responsible for moving your penis up and down. Move your penis down, until you feel a "peeing" sensation, without actually peeing. Then relax a bit. Start stroking your penis, (make sure you only stroke with a loose grip), just enough that it becomes hard, without tightening your pelvic floor or trying to move your penis up or down. Set a timer for 5 minutes, and make sure your penis stays hard. Don't stroke too much, just stroke enough to actually stay hard, without going soft. After these 5 minutes, you can use lube, very slowly stroke, and see in the stopwatch, how long you last. Count your strokes. (Don't count anything from the previous 5 minutes). You are allowed to stroke fast near climax, but loose grip. You should ideally aim to last for 10 minutes-15 minutes, excluding the prior 5 minutes. Each time you jerk off, try to last longer, without edging. This is crucial, set intervals to stroke, they must not be so long that you start to get soft, in between jerking off, and not be so short that you don't see any improvement. I have been doing once every 30 seconds, and this helped me last longer. You will notice, that after some time of doing this, you will start to last longer and longer, and get soft in between strokes. In this case, it is right to introduce quicker intervals, gradually, while trying to last as long as you were before. For example, in one minute you jerk off every 20 seconds, the next two it's 30, then 20, then next two 30. See how your body responds to that, if you last less, reduce frequency, if you get very close, hold it until you get more used to it. If you are fine with it, you can step it up, and do something like 2 faster minutes, one slower minute. Your goal is to last the same amount, while slowly increasing your stroke per minute count, until you can jerk off like normal, while lasting that long. Make sure you only ejaculate/orgasms once a day. I havent tested once a day personally, but it should work the same. I personally masturbate every other day, and every time I masturbate I use this technique.

Be in a calm environment, calm yourself down, don't think of anything which makes you stressed, excited, or restless.
Don't be aroused, exited, watch porn, or think of anything dirty. Just focus on the moment, don't focus on orgasming, focus on lasting.
Relax all of the muscles in your body, relax your pelvic floor. Touch yourself until you get hard, and only touch yourself to keep yourself hard, for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, you can slowly stroke, with a loose grip. Use intervals, and try to last long. Set a stopwatch, see how long you last, count your strokes. Try to last long, don't edge.
Use intervals responsibly, don't keep them too long, or too short, just enough for you to see some real improvements.
Don't jerk off too much. Ejaculate responsibly. Once a day max.
