Hi all, does anyone have a recommendation for a good fitting pannier on a level 3? The twin pannier in the Aventon shop doesn’t have great reviews and it seems like that is the only current model sold by Aventon that will fit.

Hi all, relatively new Aventon bike owner of a Level 3 with >300 miles on it. While out this morning started receiving E31 battery errors, and then E146 communication failure and another one about torque that I didn’t get the error number for.
They all kept happening pretty continuously about 15 minutes into my ride.
For anyone with experience with these issues, do you think I need to bring it in to be serviced? Is Aventon support helpful?
