0 for 2 on rescheduled deliveries on two different packages.
First times (last year), a Thursday delivery when I wouldn't be home all day, I PAID to reschedule, any time next day (Friday). It got delayed until Monday. Tried to get a refund, talked to an agent, but because I didnt pay the original shipping charges. Nothing.
Second time, (current one) saw another Thursday delivery. Same deal, wanted it delayed. Even paid extra on top of extra to pick a time. Did this on Tuesday and on Wednesday a local agent called and we agreed on 10a-12noon today.
It's now 12:30, and it just says "by end of day"
I guess I should be happy its not Monday again...but they told me that even though the package was no sig required, because I changed it I needed to be there. So I can't even leave to run an errand. I'm stuck until it shows up....
