Am I doing hospitals wrong? How do I access the efficient Chinese healthcare I've heard about?

I always see people online saying how efficient Chinese hospitals are, but I've had the following experiences (all at different places):

  1. Hospital rejects me, says I need to go to one with an international department.

  2. Hospital says I need to make an appointment a week ahead to see a doctor.

  3. Arriving without an appointment and waiting 2 hrs to see a doctor about a simple issue.

The only positive experience I've had is at expensive private international hospitals.

Anyway, none of this is that bad, but I see people online glowing about the Chinese healthcare system, and I'm just wondering if I'm been doing it wrong or something?

Pet Peeve: Chinese resources overusing foreign names

So many of the listening and reading resources I come across use foreign names, transliterated into Chinese. I understand that they're trying to make the content more relatable to students, but the effect is that I don't know many Chinese names, and I waste a lot of time figuring out weird Chinese versions of English names.

Also, in my opinion, it's easier for a student to understand a character named "毛毛” (Mao Mao) vs. "玛来雅" (Mariah?? I just saw this in a book)

Slow (like really slow) dancing?

I go to lindy hop social dances weekly, and the DJs in my city often end the night with some really really slow songs, sub-80 bpm. I find these songs even more challenging than fast tempos because the space between beats is so large that I can't really do my usual moves without them being incredibly awkward.

How do you approach dancing at this tempo? Any examples? I've tried searching for slow lindy hop but the results are usually 120 bpm and above.

I was non-renewed way back in November, and as the year comes to a close, I'm deciding what I should say to students. I'd like to tell them I'm leaving, as we have built a good relationship. But I'm concerned about the inevitable follow-up question: why?

Should I just lie? Should I just not tell them that I'm leaving? Should I be honest? Our school is struggling financially and with student numbers (private school), so I was one of 6 teachers to be non-renewed and will not be replaced.
