How to do an elimination diet for psoriasis?

Hey all,

I know people have mixed results when cutting out certain foods from their diet with some saying their psoriasis cleared up and others saying there was no change at all.

I have had psoriasis for 3 years now and have decided I might as well give it a go and see how I get on.

My question is when do I start the elimination diet? I am having a flare up now and without steroids it won’t go away. Should I start the elimination diet while I have a flare up to see if it gradually improves or run a course of steroids creams and when it is clear then start?

Wanting to start a niche travel agency - would a host agency apply to me? (UK)

Hey all,

I plan on starting a niche travel agency in the near future.

I have worked in the travel industry for a few years so understand that licenses such as ABTA and ATOL are needed for flight packages. Unfortunately, I will be starting this business from the ground and will not have the liquidity or forecast for the licenses.

I understand that host agencies are common here in the UK; However, I have noticed these are mainly targeted towards individuals.

I would want to use a host agency while having my own brand identity and employees.

Is this something that is possible within the UK or would I need to work towards acquiring the licenses?

Are networking events worth it if I do not have a business yet?

I have been looking online to see people's consensus on attending networking events and for the most part I can see people use them as a way to prospect.

Would these still be worth attending to get to know other business owners, listening to advice, etc?

I have wanted my own business for years but have never successfully started one

Hey all,

I am sure many people here have experienced the desire to start a business and struggling to start one whether this is because they do not have a business idea or just don't know where to start.

I am in the middle. I think of an idea and spend time thinking about it before deciding it wouldn't work or simply not starting and then moving onto the next thing.

I have had an idea that I think I can achieve; However, I am worried that I am going to fall into the same pattern of self-doubt or procrastinating and not acting on the idea.

Business owners who had similar experiences, when and how did you get past this and was it worth it in the end?
