Season 5 Jenelle

(First time watch through please no spoilers)

It was heartbreaking literally as soon as I seen Jaces face when Jenelle was crying in the car saying how mean Nathan is to her. This poor little boy looks defeated every time I see him, how can any person not see he’s surrounded by screaming chaos every scene he’s in! Every time he cries they ask what’s a matter jace UHHHH MAYBE ITS THE SCREAMING ADULTS CURSING AT EACH OFHER?!?!?!?!?! To think she had the audacity of bringing another child into the world.

If she gets full custody of him in the future I’m not watching the show anymore it’s ridiculous. If she loses custody of Keizer I wouldn’t be surprised I don’t think Barbara would take him so maybe Nathan’s parents???

I HATE Leah!

This is my first time watching teen mom 2, and I am on the second second and understand that their is eleven so my view could change, but I hate her. She is crying and acting like a victim after cheating on Corey! TWICE and a week before her wedding?! How does dr. Drew, her mom and herself think that Corey should dismiss it because they are married and have twins. How about how could she think about cheating while being engaged and having twins one who is sick!? It makes me so mad her scenes crying when he said she left…. SHE DID. I hate her so much Corey was a good husband and father! Hopefully she gets karma in next seasons.

Cabanas at Castaway

Am I missing something? What is the benefit of the cabanas? You have your own hut but the two times I’ve been there everyone is spread out with plenty of chairs my family and I were very secluded from other families. The convience of soft drinks? It’s just a walk down to get and you can fill your cups up! I’m trying to find a way to justify the cost but can’t seem to. Should I save the money or am I missing something?

Keep a 2.8% mortgage or sell for $140k in equity?

I’m looking for some advice because I keep going back and forth on what to do.
We have a house in California that we bought in 2019 before COVID. It has a 2.8% interest rate, which is one of the biggest reasons I’m hesitant to sell it.
Right now we have tenants in it paying $2,000/month, and our mortgage is about $1,800/month. We also pay around $4,000 a year in property taxes.
We estimate we have around $140,000 in equity.
The biggest reason I’ve wanted to keep the house is because I always imagined leaving it to my two sons someday. That way they’d have a house to live in or a valuable asset when they’re adults.
Lately, though, I’ve been wondering if selling might actually put us in a better financial position.
If we sold it and walked away with around $140k, this is what I’d want to do:
Put $100,000 away for my boys ($50k each). I want it invested in an account that grows over time, but I’m still learning about the different options.
Add $20,000 to our emergency fund.
Use the remaining \~$20,000 to pay off our car and put the rest toward the mortgage on our current house.
The $100k for the boys and the $20k emergency fund are non-negotiable. What I’m mainly wondering is whether there’s a smarter use for that remaining money or if I’m overlooking something bigger.
Would you keep the California house because of the 2.8% interest rate and the long-term value, or would you sell it and use the equity like I described?
I’d really appreciate any advice, especially from people who have been in a similar situation. Thanks!

Does anyone know what makes a sailing fall into the military rate?

Why do only certain sailings get selected for military rates? Is it ones who have less bookings? Just curious! I want to book a cruise for next spring break on the treasure and wondering if I should book now or wait to next year to see if it falls into the military category.

Thank you!!

Basic with kids

If I choose basic while flying with my two children can I go up to the front and request us to sit by each other since we chose no assigned seating and nobody else in the basic section will be choosing either?
