Looking for weekly planner recommendations

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to switch over from bullet journals into planners, and I’m looking for something that has monthly calendars as well as weekly spreads.

For weekly spreads, I’d like for one page to have all of the days on it, and the other page to be blank/ruled so I can write larger to-do lists. For the page with all the days, I’m looking for something that has the days in two columns, so that each day has a section that is more square instead of a really long horizontal rectangle. 

If anyone knows of a planner that fits this setup, I’d really appreciate recommendations!

would a revision fix this?

hi everyone. all in all i’m very happy with my results, but there’s a divot in the middle of my chest that makes me dysphoric / insecure with my shirt off. to some degree i think there is a natural depression in my chest there, but i can also feel that there is extra tissue on either side, which makes it look more dramatic. is this the sort of thing that a revision could fix? i’m completely fine with more scarring. has anyone had a similar revision? just looking for some input!
