Do you track body activity and try to work all your muscles evenly?

Seems like my upper body, especially arms , shoulders, and chest are not getting as much of a workout as other areas. Am I supposed to aim
for all areas to be dark purple? I do upper body strength but also do a lot of rowing which is heavy on the lower body.

How do you approach this?

What’s your experience with Pilates?

I’m fairly new to Pilates having just finished Kristin’s Beginner Pilates program and a couple of beginner Pilates classes. So far I’m loving it!

I’m curious about how others approached their Pilates practice. Did you do it every day? If not every day, how many times a week?

How long were the classes that you did?

With your frequency and time, how long did it take you to notice significant results and what were those results?

Bonus questions…😁

Did you find it beneficial to mix up classes from different instructors?

Did you find that it helped your running form?

As context, I’m starting to get back into running which is what sparked my interest in Pilates. I have significant pelvic tilt that is causing some knee pain as I’m running off kilter and I want to improve my posture in general with some more core strength.

Thanks in advance for sharing your experience in any advice you have as I approached this.
