Maybe I’m overthinking it, but campaign performance feels way more volatile now than it did a couple years ago.
I’ll have:
- good CTR
- decent CPC
- solid creatives
- clean landing page
- same offer
…and one campaign completely dies while another nearly identical setup suddenly scales.
Feels like there’s a lot less consistency now, even on established accounts.
Curious if other people managing ads are seeing this too or if it’s just part of the current Meta environment.
Reels can bring massive reach quickly, but a lot of viewers consume short videos nonstop without building any real connection with the creator. Some accounts get millions of views yet struggle to build loyal audiences. Do you think Instagram reels create real communities or mostly temporary attention?
I’ve been noticing something weird across different platforms lately.
It’s not that people aren’t interested. They watch, scroll, consume… but when it comes to actually engaging, replying, or participating, almost nothing happens.
Even in communities that should be active, it feels like everything depends on a small group, and the rest just stay passive.
At this point it doesn’t even feel like an engagement problem, more like people just don’t want to interact at all anymore.
Curious if others are seeing the same thing, or if you’ve found ways to get people to actually participate without forcing it.
