First time cruiser questions out of Miami
Howdy yall, me and my friend will be taking our first ever cruise out of Miami on the Aqua in Nov and was curious about a few things
For disembarking the last day in Port Miami, we have a miami airport flight at 1pm, are we okay to wait till the final kickoff time or at least late into it to catch a cab or Uber to the airport? Or will it be more bottlenecked and stuck at the port by then and cutting it too close with traffic? In port on a sunday.
This is a Caribbean cruise and we will take oir passports but saw you just need a photo id for the ports, we are planning our DLs but does anyone know if a standard DL works or if it has to be the updated real ID version? We are from NJ so not everyone has fully swapped yet so wasnt sure if my buddy would need to use his passport or could use the non realid dl.
For the last night of the cruise we will be in GSC till 6, are there any recommendations for the final dinner? Will the mdr and buffet(i know the buffet is tiny) be chaos and should we try and snag a specialty? Or does it not matter as much on the last night?
Any help on any of these is greatly appreciated, have been digging through the guide but didnt see much on these three topics in these details.
