I am sorry if this has already been asked before—wanting to make sure I am doing everything properly.

I made my 120th payment on 7/1 (due date 7/8). This payment is showing as posted on MOHELA.

I have submitted an ECF…as I have seen recommended online, I did NOT check the box for 120 payments. My employer has not yet signed this ECF.

After my employer signs it and it is processed, do I need to submit another form saying that I have made the 120 payments and requesting forbearance?
