I drive by this house on my commute. It's out of place in this area so I was always interested in what the deal was. When I saw it was on sale, I ran to Zillow and....I'm just confused by a lot of choices made here.

They didn't share the lion statues in front of the castle walls (one of them has been knocked over for quite some time).

I have thoughts, but what do you think?

If it weren't for the staircase, and the lake that is a 1/4 mile away from the boat house and ramp due to the ongoing drought (love the realtor saying it has rained recently)...
