There is a gas water heater, also solar panels show on the roof. The listing does not mention them, or a battery, generator, propane tank or any electric service.
Spring water, a flush toilet, a shower and a kitchen sink are visible in the photos. When you get tired of the thrilling views, you can watch TV in the living room. How you get a signal is anybody's guess.

Many features are lovable, but the stainless steel kitchen island is very unique. Can't find any info about it - perhaps was custom made.
One of the bedrooms was possibly used by an insomniac. Starting at the boring picture across the bed could easily cure it.
