First attempt at pizza
This is the first time making a pizza and the sauce. I found a recipe and it said to cook this for 12mins at 550 but the cheese was turning black so I took it out. It was cooked all the way through but curious if maybe my cheese is the problem or maybe I didn’t add enough sauce? I used skim low moisture mozzarella Aldi shredded cheese and recipe said whole milk…
