NYC: Saturday 10/9 Help Needed!
Saturday, 10/10/26!!
Hi friends! I have a FNC booked at the Conrad for Sunday the 10th, but we land early on the 9th at EWR, and I cant figure out where to spend the night. We have tickets for Lincoln Center that night, and we'll want to take a nap before.
Who: Me(38) and my aunt (68, but walking is no prob)
What: would prefer a place with 2 beds, but a king is fine if the hotel is nice
Where: since we're staying downtown Sunday, anywhere is fine. Would prefer not to be deep in TS, and proximity to the subway is a plus.
Why: We don't really care about free breakfast as we'd prefer to sleep in, but a place with a bar thats open late would be great
I just upgraded to the Aspire card, so I have Diamond status. Happy to book a standard room at a property we are likely to get upgraded, but I don't want to be stuck with a bad room if that doesn't happen. The Conrad appears to be sold out.
I was originally going to stay at the Hampton Inn TS for the roof deck, but then our night plans changed. Then booked at the Doubletree Jersey City to save on points, but I ended up cancelling some other plans to free up more points. Can do points or cash.
