the only randomness i trust for my private key

after the coldcard situation, I decided I really don't want to trust any company or third party to come up with "randomness" for my key, which later will turn out was not really random.

So I 3d printed every single BIP39 word to draw from, similar to a lottery. I draw one, toss it and write down the word facing up. The last word is calculated with a fully offline device.

- to mix them up, i first pour them into a large bowl
- it's important to put the words back and mix again, before picking the next!

EO im Zivi nach dem Studium

Ich habe kurz nach meinem Studienabschluss (master) mit meinem Zivildienst angefangen. Es heisst man hat Anspruch auf den "branchenüblichen Einstiegslohn", wenn man 5 Wochen vor Dienstbeginn die Ausbildung definitiv abgeschlossen hat. Im EO Portal muss man einen Nachweis dafür hochladen.

Die Ausgleichskasse in Zürich schreibt jedoch, dass sie zusätzliche Indikatoren brauchen, dass man anstatt des Dienstes einer Gewerbstätigkeit nachgegangen wäre (Arbeitsvertrag nach dem Zivi, oder Absagen)

Was ist eure Erfahrung? Hat das Diplom gereicht?

what was the average grade of your year when you finished your physics master?

personal average would also be interesting, but I'm especially interested in the average of all the students for that year. I believe that's written in the degree.

I found out YouTube's embed player has no ads, so i built a mini safari extension that automatically switches to it

NOT AI!!!! ( which is what an AI would maybe also say but oh well:/ )

So a while back (when working on a website) I discovered the embed player just has no ads.

To actually use this to watch videos on youtube I has to build a little Safari extension for myself that swaps in the embed player automatically. For each video it just loads the other player in like a second.

When some of my friends saw how it just quickly replaces each video to be without ads, they asked if can install it for them... the entrepreneur in me then said: well I could also just put it on the AppStore.

Well, that's where we're at, I called it "Adios":)

(keep in mind its only for mac and only works on safari though)
