Email auto Inbox Sync to Tripit just stopped and even manually forwarding emails doesn't work - help! Can't find live Tripit support

My Tripit PRO suddenly stopped automatically importing travel plan emails since a month ago. I tried to manually send the emails to plans@tripit.com and I STILL can't get my plans into Tripit that way either which is super weird. I removed auto-inbox sync and re-enabled it and according to google, my gmail is set up properly and inbox sync is active. The only Tripit support I can find is a knowledge database, which is not helpful. Any ideas for me?

Pete's Pasta - $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Holy crap! I ordered 6 boxes of Pete's Red Box pasta to try and see if I liked it better than Carb Diem (which is excellent) since Pete's has much better macros. The box that arrived is this tiny box and I thought "No way are there 6 boxes of pasta in this box". But each box is only 8 OUNCES! HALF A POUND! They are $10/box so I just paid $60 for 3 pounds of pasta. Never again, I don't care how good the macros are. I will be going with Carb Diem from now on.

Testing Alipay and WeChat in Los Angeles before China trip?

I read that 99 Ranch, a large Asian market in Los Angeles, takes Alipay and WeChat. Would it be a good idea to test both apps there to make sure they are working properly before we leave on vacation?

Will having an electric neck fan be allowed on intra-China flights?

With all the hoopla on making sure your external phone charger/power bank is CCC certified for mainland China, will I be able to bring an electric neck fan into China? I'm flying into Hong Kong and then on to Beijing to start my 3-week vacation in mid-August. I will need this to keep me cool as I have previously had medical issues due to heat and mid-August weather is supposed to be swamp-like. This is the one I am thinking I will get since the air goes both up and down.

Keeping cool in China in August - clothing/fabric/accessories tips

I'll be going to China for 16 days in the beginning - mid August. It'll be in the high 90's with high humidity and I'm a little worried I'll overheat both in the cities and in the Zhangjiajie mountain area. I want to be prepared beyond "bring water" with the right clothing, the right fabric, and any accessories that actually keep people cool.

I am an older but fit woman. I was reading about the Arctic Cool t shirts, anything loose and linen, cotton, merino wool t shirts, cooling towels, cooling neckwear, and handheld/around the neck fans. I read something that looked like a scientific study that the Arctic Cool shirts don't really keep you cool.

What advice/clothing types/accessories work well in the heat to at least minimize the oppressive heat I'm expecting for all-day sightseeing?

If it matters, I would be using the Los Angeles embassy for my visa application. I want to get the visa now but have not yet booked my trip. I intend to go before October this year. I’m concerned about timing and having enough time to get the visa.
