2. WNS Global Services

• Role: Deputy Manager – Actuarials (Python Stack)
• CTC: ₹23.04 LPA (Fixed: ₹19.20 LPA | Variable: ₹3.84 LPA)
• basic salary annual : 7,68,000

Questions:

1. Work Culture & Bench Stability: How is Zemoso's agency model regarding client billability and layoff risks compared to WNS?
2. WNS Tech Exposure: How technical is the Python actuarials work at WNS, or is it heavily operational?

If choosing WNS over zemoso , what will be the next 3yrs of carrer path will look a like in this case , help me at the earliest pls
