Not asking medical advice but personal experience. I’ve taken Wellbutrin and Zoloft for years for my mental health and it’s been wonderful. About a month ago I had a flair up of depression/anxiety symptoms (not sleeping or eating at in, racing thoughts, crying etc). My provider added Mirtazapine to help with sleep, but it also increases appetite. She knows I’ve been on tirz since March of this year.

I read that tirzepatide can offset the increased appetite. Since I started taking it 9/14 it’s like all I do is eat. I’ve slowly increased my dose from 4.5mg to 6mg and it doesn’t feel like I’m taking anything at all. Am I wasting my meds or has anyone had it get better over time?
