Assalamualaikum everyone, I have some savings in my pocket which I want to invest completely on a good piece of land. But I am unsure about the prices around 1-2 kilometre from Tilagarh area as I was born and raised in that area, it is difficult for me to leave that place and be somewhere far away. The amount of money is not humongous but enough for 3-4 decimal land and that is 25 lac. My question is:

1.Where in Sylhet I can buy some land where the future return would be high. For example: if I rent it out.

2. Which specific place in the upcoming years would be skyhigh valuable but just under the budget now.

3.Which place has a probability of becoming a booming economic zone.

My plans are for future not now.

I have finished my bachelors from a European country and now I am planning to move in Canada for higher education. There is a lot of talks about Canada's recent situations and all the crisis it is going through. Yet I have a strong belief that it is a place of opportunities if skills are developed and with uplifting network. I already have an experience of living in a strong culture and blending in smoothly which also gives me a boost in confidence. But I have made small mistakes previously and I dont want to repeat it again. I lacked roadmap before. I did not know how to proceed forward and make the best out of it.

That's why I thought I could get a clearer view from a lawyer beforehand and when the objective is set, I would not have to wander around anymore rather I would stick to a plan.
