Finding a natural voice through the echo style

I used to struggle with my work a lot .My words felt stiff and cold .I wanted to sound like a real person but the sentences felt fake .Then I discovered the echo style .This way of creating changed everything for me .I want to share my process because this might help you too .

The process is simple but powerful .I start by composing a few paragraphs without thinking too much .Then I look back at what I wrote .I search for specific words or small ideas that feel strong .I call these the echoes .I take these echoes and I place them again in the next part of my work .I do not just copy the words .I change the context so the meaning grows .

This method helps me stay in my own voice .When I repeat a thought ,the narrative feels more connected .The reader feels a sense of memory .I find that this makes the story flow in a way that feels human .I no longer worry about sounding like a machine .The echoes keep the heart of my message alive .

I also use this when I talk to others .I listen for a key word they use and I bring that word back later .This shows I am paying attention .This builds a bridge between us .

What is your experience with this ?Do you have a different way to find your voice ?I would love to hear your tips .Please share your thoughts below .

Looking for a fresh daily perfume for the office

I am looking for a new perfum to wear every day at work, I prefer something clean and professional. I enjoy notes of lemon and orange plus pale florals. I also don't like anything too sweet or over spreading. Can anyone recommend a good quality brand that lasts all day? I am willing to spend around one hundred dollars. Thank you for any suggestions.

Looking for feature requests for my Admin Menu — what's missing or what would you add?

Released an admin menu a while back — ESX/QBCore/Standalone, ACE permissions, persistent bans, the usual toolkit. It's been out for a bit and I want to push a proper update.

Before I lock in v2.1, I want to hear from people actually running servers:

  • What feature is missing that you keep wishing was there?
  • Anything in other admin menus you use that this one should have?
  • Any pain points with the current one if you've tried it?

Repo's here if you want to look at what's already built: github

If you've got 2 minutes, drop a comment — even a quick one helps me prioritize what to build next. If you don't have time to dig through it, an upvote helps it reach more server owners who might have input.

Starting work on a loading screen script — what features actually matter to you?

Picking up a new resource — a loading screen for FiveM, pure HTML/CSS/JS, no external dependencies.

Before I lock in the feature list I wanted to ask server owners directly instead of guessing.

Planning so far:

  • Custom background image/video
  • Server name + logo
  • Progress bar synced to loading stages
  • Rotating tips/rules carousel
  • Discord/social links
  • Background music with volume control
  • Player count display
  • Config file so you don't touch any code

What am I missing? What do you actually look for in a loading screen, or what's annoying about the ones you're using now?

Will post it free on GitHub once it's done like my admin menu.

Built a free admin menu that works on ESX, QBCore and Standalone — no setup headaches

Dropped my admin menu on GitHub, free to use.

Auto-detects your framework at runtime so you don't have to touch the config to make it work. Permission system is native ACE — three tiers (mod/admin/superadmin), set up through server.cfg like you normally would.

What it does:

  • Warn, mute, revive, ban players
  • Noclip, god mode, vehicle tools
  • Give items, view player info
  • Ban list + warning history that persists across restarts
  • Weather/time control
  • Action logging

Storage is oxmysql if you have it, KvP fallback if you don't. Either way bans survive restarts.

No paid dependencies. Dark UI, runs clean.
