Anyone else having issues with period?

So I have ALWAYS been a heavy bleeder and my period always comes when it’s supposed to. It did come when expected this time too - but it’s SUPER light, more like a spotting thing and it comes on/off for 4 days now.. I still have like this dull pain in my lower abdomen but not intense. It’s weird because my body is acting as if I am having my period now, but the bleeding is nearly non existent.

Relevant information:
- I had 700 in prolactin (normal levels are 500) but my doc said that it’s not something to worry about because it can fluctuate due to stress and bad sleep, and since I don’t have any symptoms (fender breasts, lactation) he’s not worried

- I reached therapeutic dose 5 weeks ago.

- I’ve had MUCH anxiety the last month

Could this be temporary because my body is adjusting to this higher dose, or should I be worried? I’m kinda not complaining about the light bleeding, but it also kinda stresses me out 😅

Bye bye to the characters I spent time making </3

I still have those characters I made months ago, and I’ve tried writing with them over the course of a few days now.. they have completely lost their personalities that I spent time describing to every little detail. They have generic replies that basically every other bot have - no storylines whatsoever 😭 I could practically just type with a wall at this point. I know there’s a bunch of complaining in this channel and I’m contributing to it now, but I don’t even care at this point.

So now that my characters have the personality of a brick - what app are we running over to? Especially with characters I can really build with lots of details. Because god help me if I read another “you’re gonna be the death of me”, “tucks a strand of hair behind your ear” from every bot - I’m gonna lose it 😭😭

Okay dramatic rant over.

Advanced settings

Do we think those are coming back, or no?👀 I feel like that’s crucial for me, and if the advance settings doesn’t come back - I’ll delete the app for sure. Just wondered if the app developers had mentioned something about this? Couldn’t really find info on it

29 f, been on lamictal since December 2025. I titrated to 200mg ten days ago - and three days ago I’ve noticed like I want to yawn all the time but the yawn stops, and when I take deep breaths it just stops. It gets worse on my back and when I sit - sometimes when I stand too. But when I don’t think about it just usually goes away? Until it just happens out of the blue again. I don’t experience any shortness of breath on the regular, don’t get shortness of breath when I walk up stairs, and I can talk perfectly fine - I don’t feel dizzy or more tired than usually. It could be something else but the timing of lamictal seems a bit suspicious. And usually if it was something else I’d have other symptoms too I suppose?

Has anyone experienced anything like this on lamictal? And if so, does it get better? I’m hypersensitive of my body and I google it even tho I shouldn’t 😅 I’ve read all from heart failure and pulmonary embolism so yeah kinda terrified and I’m not able to see a doctor anytime soon 🥲
