Urgent- my monthly data is finished
Hi, I have already finished my monthly data, and when I try to purchase additional data by texting DATA to 222, it says, "Your plan isn’t eligible for adding additional data."
I have requested a call with Fido customer service, but it is scheduled for Wednesday, which is very late. I also tried purchasing it through the app and website, but there is a recurring bug that prevents me from doing so!!
I need to get internet access on my phone ASAP.
Is anybody here who could help?
