Just told my boss the news, but apparently paid leave is only 6 weeks plus my 2 weeks vacation time. I made a post here a while ago asking how long is Carmaxs maternity leave and everyone said 12 weeks.

Is there anyway to max this out, paid? I also have Carmaxs benefits so not sure if I’d qualify for short term disability as well.
