So I am trying to recharge my BSNL Mumbai number.
When I go to BSNL online portal and enter my number, it shows me lots of plans.

But when I login to my BSNL selfcare app, it shows me only 198Rs plan.

Let's say my BSNL plan expires on 2 July 2026. Let's say my last recharge was done on 8 June 2026 morning 8am.
So will my BSNL plan expire at 8am on 2 July 2026 or it will expire at 23:59:59 of 2 July 2026?
BSNL does not show exact time based expiry date like Jio does. BSNL just says expires on 2 July 2026 without mentioning time of expiry.
Also if GP1 (first grace period) shows 9 July 2026. Then incoming stops on 23:59:59 of 8th July or 23:59:59 of 9th July?
I am new to BSNL, hence asking.
Tried all solutions available online.
code 21, code 62, code 002 etc. All give error "connection problem or invalid mmi code"
Android settings also give error.
Basically I want call forwarding if number is not reachable.
How to do it?
I ported to BSNL 4G in Mumbai.
My home shows full signal for Vi 4G (shown as roaming) and 1 bar for Dishnet 4G (does not show as roaming)
So I manually select Vi 4G, which works for a while.
But after a while the mobile switches back to Dishnet 4G where the signal is low and VOLTE also vanishes suddenly, leading to missed calls.
Why does the mobile switch to Dishnet 4G even when I have disabled auto-select and manually selected Vi 4G?
How to stop this and force using Vi 4G permanently till I manually select something else?

Porting completed. Took 4 days instead of 3 days mentioned in their SMS. (3 days should be worst case date)

Recently got BSNL Mumbai SIM by porting out of MTNL Mumbai.
I received SMS too that port request ACCEPTED and should complete by 27 June 23:59PM (~28 June)
It has been more than 48 hours since that SMS.
I know its not 28 June yet, but telephone exchange guy had told me that it takes 24 to 48 hours.
Contacted BSNL customer care, they said they dont see it in their system.
MTNL number is still working even after more than 48 hours, so may be that is why BSNL CC cant see it in their system.
I just hope that MTNL or BSNL has not messed things up.
Any idea?
When I go to BSNL website, it shows me option to port-in to BSNL with home delivery of SIM.

After giving mobile number / OTP and Pin code, it tells me that home delivery is not possible and asks me to collect SIM from nearby CSC. (customer service center)
Now I wonder if this SIM will be BSNL india SIM or BSNL Mumbai SIM?
Because BSNL India SIM does not work in most parts of Mumbai as it does not have tieup with Vi.
I would go ahead and make payment only if they issue BSNL Mumbai SIM.

So I got BSNL Mumbai 4G SIM 2-3 months back.
When I am in Mumbai it works fine. Connects to BSNL 4G as well as Vi 4G
But when I went to Gujarat recently, it would not Auto-connect to BSNL 4G or Vi 4G.
So I had to do a manual search, where it would show "Forbidden" next to both BSNL 4G and Vi 4G.
But then strange thing is when I click "BSNL 4G (Forbidden)", it would connect and show signal i.e. start working. Note that it would not connect to Vi 4G though, even with manual search method.
But then if network goes for any reason, I would have to manually connect again as it would not auto connect to that so called Forbidden BSNL network.
I can not keep staring mobile to check network is there or not and do manual connect every now and then.
So what could be reason? How to resolve this next time when I go to Gujarat (or may be any other state where same problem can occur)
So one month back I had ported from MTNL Mumbai to BSNL Mumbai.
It used to connect (register) to Vi 4G or Dishnet 4G - and I used to get 3-4 network bars, but I never got VOLTE symbol and BSNL did not solve this issue.
So I did not do any recharge after the plan expired and then 7 days grace period also got over.
And now it does not even show network signal. When I go to "search network" - it shows me Vi 4G and Dishnet 4G. But when I try to connect to any of them, it does not connect at all. i.e. shows "registering ..." but then nothing happens.
So my question is that, if you do not recharge your BSNL SIM, does it stop registering to network too? i.e. it wont connect to any network.
I thought just like in Jio, it would stop outgoing calls but it will atleast connect to the network and show bars (signal).
Any idea what is going on?

Anyone has Realme Narzo 80x 5g OR 90x 5g?
I have both but BSNL 4G network does not show VOLTE. Due to this I do not get incoming/ outgoing calls.
I get 4G internet but no VOLTE symbol.
I can make calls if I switch to 3G or 2G.
I can send receive SMS too.
Tried all procedure that I found online. But no solution.
If I put the SIM in samsung mobile then it works.
Both mobiles are new. Purchased in last 6months.
Jio(jio sim) network shows VOLTE but not BSNL
Anyone who found solution? Both my phones are useless without VOLTE.
