Anyone else bitter about buying the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless?
This is likely my fault, but I feel bitter about buying the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless six months ago and now I can't return it.
After finding out there will never be an app for true wireless control l feel the product was never finished and new products are being shipped rather than fixing the previous release. Note, it's not wireless if you're stuck next to a wired control IMO.
Now the successor Arctis Nova Pro OMNI has an app and seems fully wireless I'm stuck knowing I got a partial product for several hundred dollars.
Can anything at all be done to address this?
Sorry in advance for the negativity, rant, and feeling bitter. 😞
Edit: changed "premature release" to "previous release" - I shouldn't have said it was premature, as it's new to me, but released years ago. I have since bought the OMNI and will sell the slightly used one at a loss.
