So I applied from Harbour Education Consultancy for Italy back in May, They told me that I will get full refund (30k) if I don't get any offer letter. However it is already August now and I am wondering if other people here are also applying through this consultancy, and does offer letter often come this late? Or should I just ask for refund. Also if you have applied through this consultancy, can you tell me your experience?
