I’ve quit! AMA

Ask me absolutely anything on your mind to do with subway and I’ll do my best to answer you as a former employee with nothing holding me back!

i’m done.

i’ve reached my breaking point here. it took a while, but i’ve hit it. i just came back from vacation to find dirty bread liners, missing sauces from our stock, meats not pulled, stale bread, multiple call-offs, and people just not doing their jobs.

i’ve really tried my hardest to stick it out, but im getting zero support from my manager. my store in specific doesn’t have a manager or even a team lead for that matter, so it’s quite literally a free for all.

i’m the 2nd oldest at the store, and im only 20 years old. it’s an actual joke. i’ve complained about 40 times about stuff not being done, and it never gets fixed or gets better even in the slightest.

i’ve decided i’ve put as much into this place as possible with my current life situation, and it’s beginning to take a toll on me away from work. i shouldn’t have to stress about my job when im getting paid just above minimum wage.

sorry. i had to rant, but if anyone finds this helpful or even opens anyone’s eyes to their own situations. thanks for listening to my ted talk.
