As part of the Confessing Mainline movement, would you rather attend a progressive mainline church or a conservative evangelical church?
Assume both are historic mainline denominations—this is purely a theological question.
For example, the Anglican Church of Australia is historically a mainline church, but the Diocese of Sydney has adopted a distinctly conservative evangelical theological identity compared with many other dioceses.
I am looking for a good Bible commentary series to read. I have some options, but I’m trying to figure out which one would fit me best.

What church denomination can anyone recommend for an Australian. It is a bit different down here as, in RZ terms, Historical Mainlines are Theologically Evangelical and the Theological Mainlines branched away (e.g. Uniting Church of Australia). The only one that fits both Historical and Theological Mainline is the Anglican Church of Australia, but the Diocese of Sydney is Theologically Evangelical. Any other Australians here that can help out?
As the title says, I am thinking about becoming a priest in the future but I would also like to get married and have children. What do you recommend I do or anyone been through something similar?
Why do people from different Christian denominations seem to argue and call out other denominations as not actually Christians. Can’t we just acknowledge that while we may have some differences we all worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Even though they are from different branches on the Christian tree, we are all children of God and should act respectfully to not only one another but everyone.
Remember, while all Christians are not Catholic or Anglican, al Catholics and Anglicans are Christians ✝️
