Good sourdough bread recipes in Thermomix?

Has anyone found and perhaps can share their sourdough bread recipe for Thermomix?

By sourdough bread I mean a bread that has basic ingredients: flour, water, salt, and starter.

And by “for Thermomix” I mean no manual kneading or folding. I understand, you’d still have to shape and potentially refrigerate overnight.

I've checked a few recipes on Cookidoo, but they either skip some steps or still require stretching and folding by hand.

I'm wondering if there's a way to make sourdough in Thermomix that would not require stretching and folding manually (is the kneading function good for that?) and avoid having to deal with the dough by hand over the period of over an hour, as in traditional recipes.

Share pictures, if you have any!

How’s living on the NW side of Green Lake?

Near Aurora and Winona. I’m looking at a couple of houses in the area, but I don’t know that particular part of the neighborhood well. I understand Aurora is loud/busy, but it doesn’t seem like it’s as bad as it gets once you are north of the 80th. At the same time, there seems to be a mix of apartment/condos and SFHs with some minor commercial activity, which I’m not sure what kind of environment that creates.

Anything to be aware of? Any businesses/institutions in the area to know about?

What are transportation options from FCO to Rome with a bike? Bagged or assembled.

Have you travelled to Rome with your bike? If so, what are the FCO airport to Rome transportation options?

I’m getting conflicting information about whether the express that goes to Roma Termini allows bagged bikes or not. It’s also not clear if the train that goes to Trastevere allows bagged or assembled bikes. Any other public transportation options that are suitable for bikes?

There seem to be municipal taxi vans that might be able to fit a bike box. But it’s not clear how much it costs. Sounds like it should be <100 euros? Also, I don’t know how to tell if it’s possible to agree on the price in advance. I don’t want to discover that the total is 500 euros upon arrival.

I guess you can bike to Rome, it seems to be around a 90-minute ride. But I’d prefer not to do it right after/before the flight.

Bonus question: do you have any tips for bike bag storage in Rome while you’re touring?
