i really want to start investing into a shrine/ collection for my oshi but i‘m scared that i might end up regretting it. me and my oshi habe been going steady for almost half a year now, and it‘s the first time in a long while that i felt this type of connection and love for a fictional character. but still, starting a shrine/ collection feels like a big commitment and even though i do feel motivated to do so, i can‘t help but wonder how i will feel about it in the future. i‘m really scared of loosing interest and ultimately end up feeling like i‘ve wasted my money. has anyone else ever experienced something like that? and if yes, how did you handle it? is there any way to know when it‘s safe to start a shrine/ collection?
