Running a UAE Business? Get a Custom AI Tool Built for You: Zero Upfront Cost

We believe most UAE SMEs are sitting on 10-20 hours a week of work that AI could handle tomorrow. The problem isn't the technology. It's that nobody's taken the time to actually look at your business and build something that fits you.

That's what we're offering to fix.

We'll map your biggest operational bottleneck, build you a custom AI tool or automation to tackle it, and only make any money once you can see the time or revenue impact yourself. No retainers, no guesswork, no generic software subscriptions.

Our model is straightforward: we build, you test, we bill on outcomes. We only win when you do.

We're opening 5 pilot spots for UAE-based founders and operators who are ready to stop doing things manually.

DM me with a rough description of where your time is bleeding, and we'll take it from there.

RAK rental market

I'm doing some research on the RAK rental market and am hoping people here can help.

  1. What security deposits are like in RAK?
  2. Is the RAK Tenancy Contract Registration easy? Who normally does it?
  3. Is it true that the tenancy registration costs 5% of the total rent amount?
  4. How much are typical security deposits?

When people are tightening their belts and looking at what they're spending on, clearly negotiating rent is going to be at the top of people's minds.

But then they don't even think about getting a proper report done to back up their security deposit - when you consider nine out of 10 just lose their deposits, this just seems like a waste of 5% or 10% from pretty much nothing

Has anyone else come across this issue and brought it up with them?

I called them to have them explain and even wrote to them but I didn't get any response apart from "yes, that's correct."

If 'people of determination' is a strategic pillar, then surely this should be something that they are working to incorporate.
