Fields in the Antrag auf Arbeitslosengeld are not fillable

I am clicking on some fields, but they don't activate and I can't fill anything in. Tried different browsers and devices, also started the Antrag anew and still the same fields are glitching. Nothing works. Has anyone faced this, does anyone have a solution?

European owners, is there really no way on the 2011 to set the 24h format for the clock??

Asked AI and looked through the manual, it really seems there’s no way of setting the clock above the climate controls to the 24h format. Can anyone disprove PLEASE😁 12h format annoys me tbh
