Bananas. People dont realize, in end stage alcoholism the physical symptoms are gut/ nerve disruption. It ends up being systemic and complicated too.. but the thing is.. your gut regulates your nervous system and vice versa. Im here to talk about staying alive basically. Not to preach. I will start coughing from the stomach acid when its time to drink. A humble banana is so easy to digest and neutralizes that alcohol calling acid. Plus potassium. Electrolytes fam. Happy 4th5th
