Got a recent beyblade lot and it has this piece and surprisingly I have the exact same thing from a beyblade lot I bought years ago does anyone know why it’s for

Must be bootleg but I was so confused like what is this guy works for original beyblades and to be honest suprisingly works very well but just thought it was odd!!

I have blades across all generations and I can’t help but feel like the weight as well as proportions of the hms series still out trumps the rest of beyblade, they seem to last the longest charge in strange patterns and endure so much clashing it’s like they feel more balanced than any other generation does anyone get the same feeling when battling with these beys?
