I’ve seen a lot of Redditors here share their experiences working at TSMC Arizona as technicians or engineers.

I’m curious about the non-engineering side of the company, especially positions such as supply chain, procurement, material planning, operations, inventory and asset control, or other administrative/support roles.

How is the work environment, workload, management style, and overall experience for those kinds of positions? I’m also interested in learning more about compensation/benefits and the interview process.

I’m considering applying in the future and would really appreciate any insight or advice.
