I love this shade of green and went ahead to get the accompanying PO and Passport holder.
Did LV stop putting the manufacturing codes? I can’t seem to find them in the bag and on the PO & Passport cover, my old passport cover and wallet had them.
Love the green colour, went with the matching passport holder that matches the bag and the PO I got last Christmas, was looking at the available charms from LV, none really appealed to me. Then I remembered I bought a Hirono Kodak and tried it on, It gave it that Pop of colour. Also went with an Hermes Twilly in Khaki that matches the colour of the bag! The twillys at LV looked too busy to use for the handles. As Tom Ford said, you don’t have to match everything from head to toe, find what you like and own it. (words to that effect).
I also had a lovely emu stamp added to the passport holder & initials on each piece.
I compared the PO khaki I got months back to someone else’s post that I found, such a big difference! Mine is the all green without the white shading while the other guys post is the second pic. No wonder I was disappointed when I first got it, my brain hardly processed the difference between the item I received and the one from the website. It was a struggle to get when I ordered this online as I had to call client services when my order took a month to arrive. I’m considering getting the 35 size bag but am seriously going to purchase one in store and not order the bag online. If I ain’t satisfied, there’s no way in hell I’m going to drop serious money on something remotely similar to the product photo. Is the PO that I got ok, or am I just overthinking this?
