Tomb Raider I-III remastered Lara would look so perfect with the IV-VI classic braid💔
I know the bubble braid is og and it is pretty cute, but I always grew up thinking about her with this type of braid instead personally so I was really hoping they would add it with yesterday's update. 1-3 next to 4-6 honestly feels a little unfinished in comparison, it's what pulls me back into replaying it more (plus Last Revelation is my favorite out of the whole series). The main reason is that modern controls are far superior to the first trilogy. You can actually do things you could do in tank controls like back hopping/walking, side stepping, turning around 360, and backflips + side summersaults. So you're able to platform the cool way without needing to draw her weapons out. Just by holding the look button (camera reset in modern controls, I put mine as r1 on ps4) first before performing the move the way you would normally do it, except for Angel of Darkness I think.
Even Lara's model has extra details in the 2nd trilogy like eyelashes. Can wear her sunglasses whenever you want before beating the game. Able to wear all of the ps1 era games outfits from the whole series. New animations for getting down onto ledges, like a back handspring onto one. 3d wall textures instead of 2d ones. I really do love the first 3 games though especially TR1, it's just so sad to see my babies get mucked up and left behind by Aspyr and Saber Interactive like this. One thing TR Chronicles really is lacking in compared to the rest of the classic series is that dang Red Alert Level glitch. I literally couldn't finish the game on one of my replays and I even reloaded my previous save from the level before it multiple times. That is ridiculous that glitch is still here haunting us after all these years.😭
