Kinda crazy how I realized HOW to shift while listening to a manifestation video.
It literally changed my perception of shifting it’s in all.
First thing this girl said was that instead of constantly waiting for results we should see it as something boring, for example you want an ice-cream right? You’re going to buy it. That’s boring.
You want to shift? You’re going to shift. That’s boring.

Also someone else said to create your own method, everything that works for someone may not work for you the same way.
