Hello my moms supervisa application was recently refused said she has more ties in Canada than back home and also insufficient funds.
Applications shows she was to stay for a year and go back
My dads was granted
Funds in moms account $4500
Anyone with similar experience to advise or how to address this and re-apply
My mom applied for a supervisa . Had access to the portal until last few days, codes generated when signing in are not being received . Attempted to change passwords and codes are still not coming through? But all other emails coming through except from the irrc new portal . She can’t log in nor receive any emails on updates. No settings were changed and she contacted yahoo and everything looks good on their end and they say problem is from sender IRCC I’m so worried. Any faced this and how was it resolved. Sent two webforms no changes yet.
