please help! salon is not an option for me, how can i fix this at home?

i wanted to go fully blonde, so i stripped my hair of my black dye and not all of it came out but i couldn’t tell because my hair is naturally very dark anyway. so now i have this strange red-orange patch and a few dark patches at the back of my head. how can i fix this without totally killing my hair?

Does anyone else find menstrual cramps really terrifying with emetophobia?

I know menstrual pain is difficult for literally everyone with a uterus but sometimes it feels extra uncomfortable or terrifying because of my emetophobia.
For context have severe, severe phobia and i cannot take painkillers as part of this. So im sat in bed at 1am just keeled over with a hot water bottle and hoping for the best and trying not to get an anxiety attack. People always say their cramps have made them ill before so i am just so terrified.
